Before any Growth Path™ service begins, we run a Thrive Diagnostic™ — a diagnostic review of your tools, data, and day-to-day business processes.

It tells us where leads are slipping, what’s costing you time and money, and which service is the right starting point. We don’t skip this step, because starting in the wrong place is how implementations fail.

For new clients:

The Thrive Diagnostic™ is the entry point. Scope varies based on the number and complexity of your systems. If you don't walk away with a clear roadmap for growing your business, we'll refund your fee in full. Founding Members receive it at no charge.

For returning clients

Moving to the next Growth Path™ service within 90 days: a lighter scope review replaces the full Diagnostic.
