You'll know the price before I start.
No open-ended hours, no surprise invoices. Same way you’d quote a job.
How it goes
- A free 15-minute call.
You tell me what’s eating your time. Nothing to prepare, just walk me through a normal week. - I tell you what I’d fix first, and what it costs.
One page, in writing, before anything starts. If what you need is smaller than what I sell, I’ll tell you that instead. - I build it. One to two weeks.
All remote, so you’re not paying for windshield time and nobody shows up at your shop. I’ll need about two hours of your time total, and I’ll work around your day. - I hand it over and show you how it runs.
Written down, so your crew can follow it without calling you. It’s yours. Built on the tools you already pay for, and it keeps working whether or not I’m around.
What I actually do
- Lead capture: Every inquiry in one place, answered fast
- Follow-up that runs itself: so estimates stop slipping
- Review-getting: built into how you already invoice
- Win-back campaigns: getting back in front of customers who already trust you
- Cleanup: files, contacts, and online presence, when it's all tangled
What it costs
- One quick fix: $550-$850, quoted before I start
- Ongoing support: a monthly plan. We start month-to-month, so you can see it working before you settle in. Cancel whenever.
What I need from you
About two hours, spread across two weeks. One call at the start, a couple of quick check-ins, and a look at the finished things before I call it done. That’s it. You keep running the jobs.
Not sure which one you need?
That’s the normal starting point. Most people can name what’s annoying but not what’s actually costing them. A free 15-minute call sorts it out. And if the answer is “you don’t need me yet,” I’ll say so.
